The staff here works throughout the year preparing themselves and the students so we will be ready in case of an earthquake or other emergency.  Fire and earthquake drills are scheduled throughout the year to practice evacuation procedures.  Parents are encouraged to send a earthquake bag of snacks in case of an emergency.  Bags are given back at the end of each school year. Parents are kept informed of specific ways to help and be prepared.  Assemblies will be held each year to remind and educate students in earthquake preparedness and safety.
